On Sunday, July 5, First United Methodist Church of Fort Lauderdale, FL welcomed our new Pastor, Rev. Jill Auman. In a sense, it is a homecoming since she grew up in Miami where her father John (Jack) M. Lindsey was Senior V/P of Corporate Affairs  / General Counsel of National Airlines and Pan Am.          She is grateful for this opportunity to return to South Florida and to be a part of such a vital church  community as FUMC.
To quote Rev. Auman: “I am convinced that God has great things in store as we take this journey together! I am grateful for this wonderful opportunity to serve among the members of First United Methodist Church of Fort Lauderdale.”
And our members look forward to being a part of that ministry.
Please visit the "Pastor and Staff" page to read more about Rev. Jill.  You may also read her Pastor's Message on the front page of The Times newsletter found on our "About Us"  page.
